Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman has claimed that his team’s hectic schedule is ‘killing’ his players.

Koeman’s side have already played ten times in 2021 and have seven more fixtures to play in February, starting with Sunday’s clash away to Real Betis.

While Koeman acknowledges that this season is unusual due to the campaign starting later and ongoing restrictions as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the Barcelona boss has called on UEFA and LaLiga to do more to help players.
