Jurgen Klopp insists he is ‘full of energy’ to address Liverpool’s current problems as they look to the Champions League to resurrect their season.

Having suffered three consecutive defeats in the Premier League to seriously damage hopes of retaining their title, Klopp was installed as the bookmakers’ favourites for the sack at the weekend.

Liverpool pick up their Champions League campaign with a trip to Budapest to play RB Leipzig on Tuesday night and Klopp has reiterated that ‘nobody needs to worry about me’ despite a difficult time that has also seen the death of his mother Elisabeth last month.
